Lisa Ho studied at the East Sydney Tafe, after which she started selling hand painted garments and bikinis at Padding ton Markets in Sydney within months she was selling to boutiques.
A year later she launched the Lisa Ho Label at the age of 22, she then began selling her swimwear to David Jones and Myer, who later where competing with each other for exclusive rights to have her line of clothing.
Her Design Philoshopy was inspired by her romanticism of vintage textiles, she has been at the forefront of Australian Fashion Industry for the past 22 years.
Her brand Continued to grow with a strong celebrity following of her signature pieces.
Her international reputation was first recognized at the Sydney 2000 Opening Ceremony, which featured a Lisa Ho Designed segment celebrating her role in Australian Fashion, she also designed a gown for Olivia Newton John to wear for her performance welcoming the Olympic Athletes.
